Chantelle is an empathetic and warm psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology degree from the University of Adelaide. With her non-judgemental approach, Chantelle works to create a space where clients can feel safe, understood, and respected. She aims to meet clients where they’re at, appreciating their individuality and tailoring therapy to meet their unique needs. She enjoys building genuine connections with clients across the lifespan and promoting a collaborative approach.
Chantelle has experience helping clients with a range of presentations, including depression, anxiety, stress, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She also has a particular interest in working with individuals with substance use issues (alcohol or other drugs). Chantelle takes a compassionate and personalised approach to recovery, focused on helping clients understand and manage their addictive behaviours while fostering resilience and personal growth.
Chantelle draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques. By utilising a flexible and strengths-based approach, Chantelle supports clients in building on their existing skills and resources while developing new strategies for meaningful change.
