Daniel Carabellese

Daniel is a Psychologist who is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia. He has completed all the requirements for a Master of Clinical Psychology, and is currently in the final stages of a PhD in Clinical Psychology.

Daniel is a curious, open-minded, and compassionate practitioner who enjoys taking a collaborative approach and working with people to identify and achieve their goals. His values as a psychologist are informed by his research, which focuses on shame and the importance of therapeutic relationships. He enjoys working with people of all genders, ages and cultural backgrounds.

Daniel consults at BlueSky Psychology on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday mornings. He has experience treating a range of mental health issues, including; depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, specific phobias, panic and agoraphobia, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. He primarily practices Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a particular interest in Exposure Therapy. Daniel firmly believes that it is essential to tailor any therapeutic approach to suit the specific needs of each person, and is happy to discuss adapting treatment to suit your needs.
