Daniel Carabellese

Daniel is a Provisional Psychologist who is currently undertaking his final clinical placement as part of a Combined PhD/Master of Clinical Psychology. At the conclusion of this program, he will be eligible for registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.

Daniel is a curious, open-minded, and compassionate practitioner who enjoys taking a collaborative approach and working with clients to identify and achieve their goals. His values as a therapist are informed by his research, which focuses on therapeutic relationships, shame and guilt.

Daniel consults at BlueSky Psychology on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week, and has experience treating a range of mental health issues, including; depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, specific phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. His preferred form of therapy is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and he believes it is important to tailor this approach to suit the specific needs of each person.
