Daniel Carabellese

Daniel is a Provisional Psychologist who has recently completed all the requirements of a Master of Clinical Psychology. He is currently awaiting the assessment of his application for General Registration as a Psychologist by the Psychology Board of Australia.

Daniel is a curious, open-minded, and compassionate practitioner who enjoys taking a collaborative approach and working with clients to identify and achieve their goals. His values as a psychologist are informed by his research, which focuses on shame, guilt, and therapeutic relationships. He enjoys working with people of all genders, ages and cultural backgrounds.

Daniel consults at BlueSky Psychology on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday mornings. He has experience treating a range of mental health issues, including; depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, specific phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. He primarily practices Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), however he also has an interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Daniel firmly believes that it is essential to tailor any therapeutic approach to suit the specific needs of each person.
