Ingrid is a Clinical Psychologist who holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.

Ingrid treats a range of clinical mental health problems including anxiety disorders: panic, agoraphobia, social anxiety, phobias, and generalised anxiety; obsessive compulsive disorder; depressive disorders; trauma and stressor-related disorders. Ingrid also works with people who are struggling with strong emotions, poor work-life balance, low self-esteem, and grief.

Working collaboratively with clients, Ingrid tailors treatment to meet their needs and goals. This might include therapeutic interventions to reduce psychological and emotional distress, change old patterns of behaviour, learn new skills, and engage in new ways of coping to live a more meaningful life. Her preferred forms of therapy are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness. She also has an interest in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy as well as Gottman Couples Therapy.

Ingrid consults at BlueSky Psychology from Tuesday to Friday.
