Catherine is a clinical psychologist who trained in the UK, but has been working in Australia for the past 24 years (in Melbourne prior to her recent move to Adelaide). She has worked in many different settings including public adult and aged mental health services.

Lauren is a performance and general psychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, who has recently completed a Master of Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of Queensland.

Carly Sullivan

Prior to becoming a Psychologist, Carly spent 17 years working as a Critical Care Nurse within the Intensive Care Unit setting, a role which afforded her a wealth of clinical experience and that has deepened her insight into the mind-body connection. This unique combination of professions makes her well suited to offer psychological support and intervention to those with a range of acute or chronic physical health conditions.

Tanya is a provisional psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA). Tanya feels very strongly about the importance of using evidence-based therapies to help her clients achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing. She is experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Applied Behavioural Analysis.
